If you’re a member of our loyalty club and were signed in when you placed your order, you can track your orders status via your account. Simply sign in and head to Order History in your account dashboard.
Once your order has tracking information assigned, you will receive an email advising you of your tracking number (keep an eye on your junk and spam folders). Once you’ve been supplied the tracking number, you can track the delivery status directly via the Australia Post tracking portal.
Your order will be sent via Australia Post until it arrives in New Zealand. Once the parcel has cleared customs, it will be delivered to you by NZ post to your nominated address.
We endeavour to ship orders within 24hrs however, during peak periods delays with dispatch may occur. If you have not received your tracking notification within 3days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
